Everything you need to know about previews, services, and timelines—designed to help you feel confident, calm, and beautiful as your big day approaches.
The first step is getting to know you—please fill out our contact form so we can learn more about the details of your wedding.
Trial should be scheduled ideally when you have your dress and veil. We draw inspiration from the dress to create the perfect wedding look. During the trial, we take pictures and detailed notes. Some of our brides book a year in advance to secure their dates.
Bridal previews are strongly recommended and an essential part of the Eiffel Beautè experience. During your preview, we’ll design and refine your signature bridal look together ensuring you feel completely confident, relaxed, and radiant on your wedding day.
Bridal Preview & Deposit
A $100 retainer secures your wedding date and will be applied toward your bridal preview.
Your preview must be completed within three months of submitting your retainer to keep your date on hold. Once your contract is signed, deposit paid, and preview completed, your wedding date is officially reserved.

We also offer on-location previews. Pricing varies please contact us for details. Travel fee: $1 per mile roundtrip from area code 12508, plus tolls and parking.
Service Minimums
To ensure a seamless and timely wedding-day experience, Eiffel Beautè requires a 6-service minimum on Saturdays. This allows our team to provide the same elevated level of attention and care for every client.
For Fridays and other weekdays, bride-only or smaller party bookings may be accommodated depending on our schedule and travel requirements. During high season, Fridays require a 4–5 service minimum to ensure timely service and maintain the quality of the experience. Bride-only services remain available for midweek weddings seeking a personalized, stress-free experience.
Availability is limited, so early booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and services.
A 50% retainer is required at the time of signing your contract to secure your wedding date and services.
The remaining balance is due one week prior to your wedding day, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience leading up to your celebration.
Wear a white top or dress and bring your veil or accessories. Hair should be completely dry washed the night before or day of, smooth and prepped for any style, or left in styled natural curls only if your preview is for a naturally curly hairstyle. Avoid oily roots, as they can affect how styling products hold.
Extensions: Please arrive with extensions washed and completely dry, even if they are brand new. Oils, dust, or manufacturing residues can prevent styling products from holding properly. Clean extensions help your style look polished and last longer.
Makeup: Come with a clean, moisturized, makeup-free face.
Makeup previews take about 2 hours, hair previews about 2 hours, and a combined hair and makeup preview typically takes 4 hours.
Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable, securing your date and services with Eiffel Beautè.
Gratuities are warmly appreciated. A customary amount is typically 20–30% of the total services. They may be given directly to each artist or as a single amount to the lead artist, who will then distribute it to the team.
For the bride, we reserve 1–2 hours for hair and 1–2 hours for makeup, with an additional 30-minute buffer to ensure a calm, seamless morning.
Bridal party services typically take 45 minutes for hair and 45 minutes for makeup per person. We also allow 30 minutes for setup and 45 minutes for final touch-ups before the bridal party departs.
Based on these timing guidelines, the Eiffel Beautè team creates the custom beauty schedule for your wedding-day timeline. This ensures a smooth, well-paced morning tailored to each hairstyle’s complexity and your party’s unique needs.
Extensions: Please allow an additional 15 minutes per person. Extensions must be specified before the wedding day so we can accommodate them in the schedule.
Airbrush Makeup: Please allow an additional 10–15 minutes per service. Airbrush must be requested in advance to ensure we have the proper equipment.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a custom itinerary and timeline for your wedding morning along with preparation tips to help your day run seamlessly. As your date approaches, we’ll stay in touch to confirm final details and discuss any additional services for your bridal party.
Rates do not include parking or tolls. Hair extensions and airbrush makeup are additional fees. Hairstyles requiring more than two hours are subject to an added charge, which will be confirmed during your preview.
Early call fees apply for services or setup that begin before 7 am.
Later morning start times that require additional artists, services, or setup will incur additional fees.
Additional fees also apply if services or setup need to be moved to a different room or an entirely new location.
Yes, we provide bridal hair and makeup services for destination weddings around the world. In Europe, our experience includes Paris, France, and the Italian cities of Venice, Como, and Florence.
We have also worked in the Caribbean and other parts of the United States, including Florida, St. John, and Puerto Rico. No matter the location, we bring the same attention to detail and elevated standard of service that defines every Eiffel Beautè experience.
Early Call (services or setup before 7:00 am):
6:00 – 6:59 am: $150 per artist
Before 6:00 am: $200+ per artist
Late / After-Hours:
After 4:00 pm: $150 per artist
After 6:00 pm: $200 per artist
Each artist can provide up to 6 services per event, with Ashley able to provide up to 7.
When the schedule, venue, or early start requires, additional artists are added to ensure every service is delivered seamlessly, allowing your bridal party to feel relaxed, pampered, and perfectly prepared for the day.
Travel fees are $1 per mile roundtrip from Beacon, NY, per attending artist.
Additional artists added to the team will incur separate travel fees.
Toll and parking fees will be added if incurred, including parking for hotel accommodations and downtown venues.
For venues or get-ready locations more than 2 hours from Beacon, hotel accommodations within a 5-mile radius of the bride’s hotel will be required for the team to ensure timely service. Accommodation costs will be added to the final invoice.
We offer airbrush makeup for a flawless, long-lasting finish. Please allow an additional 10–15 minutes per client for application. Airbrush services must be requested in advance to ensure the schedule and services are perfectly arranged.
Our South Asian bridal service includes the precise placement of traditional hair and facial jewelry and accessories, styling and securing hairpieces, setting the dupatta, and arranging jewelry to create a flawless, polished look.
To maintain a safe and professional environment, services may be respectfully declined if anyone in the party shows signs of illness (such as coughing, sneezing, vomiting, visible rashes, or cold sores) or engages in rude, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior. In these situations, no refunds will be issued, and the remaining balance will still apply.
Equipment Care
Our team takes great care with all products and tools to maintain a professional, seamless experience. In the rare event that any equipment (such as lighting, chairs, mirrors, or makeup kits) is damaged due to negligence or misuse by the client, their party, or because of malfunctioning outlets, the client will be responsible for covering the replacement cost.
Photos & Video
With your permission, Eiffel Beautè may capture photos or video clips of the beauty process to highlight our work. These moments may be shared on our portfolio and social media to inspire future brides.
Allergy & Skin Sensitivity
By booking services, the client agrees to release the makeup artist from liability for any skin reactions or complications that may occur, including allergic responses, as a result of applied products. Clients are encouraged to disclose any known allergies or sensitivities in advance so appropriate accommodations can be made.
Eiffel Beautè is not responsible for venue limitations, weather, or any interference that may affect the services. Clients are responsible for ensuring the space is suitable for hair and makeup services.
In the event of travel delays, illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, Eiffel Beautè is protected from liability. Every effort will be made to provide services as scheduled, but adjustments may be necessary.
Clients must provide adequate space for setup and service. If special tools or equipment are required due to venue limitations or client requests, additional charges may apply.
- Up to 6 services: One artist is sufficient; no assistant is needed.
- 7–12 services: One assistant is included to help keep the schedule on track. An additional assistant may be required for particularly tight or complex schedules; a fee of $150 per extra assistant applies.
- 13–18 services: A second assistant is included to ensure timely service. Additional assistants may be added as needed at $150 per assistant if the team cannot reasonably complete all services on time.
Even for smaller parties, an assistant may be added if the schedule or service complexity exceeds what a single artist can reasonably handle. Any additional assistants needed in these cases are billed at $150 each.
After the last scheduled service, a 30-minute buffer is included to allow the team to prepare, pack up, and ensure everything is ready. Following this, touch-ups and style changes for the bride, covering all services just completed that morning, begin.
- Bride: All touch-ups and style changes for the services just completed are included within this rate and handled by the assigned artist.
- Bridal Party: Any touch-ups require an additional assistant to ensure timely and high-quality service for all clients.
- Room changes at the same venue: Allowed only if the schedule permits and pre-approved in advance.
- Location changes to a different venue: Allowed only if pre-approved and scheduled appropriately.
Hotel & Travel Requirements
Domestic destination weddings requiring flights: A two-night hotel stay is required for attending artists and assistants.
International weddings: Hotel stays are required for three nights: the night before, the wedding day, and the day after.
The lead artist always travels with an assistant for weddings requiring air travel to ensure seamless setup, transport of equipment, and smooth operations, providing a luxury, stress-free experience for the client.
Eiffel Beautè books all flights for the lead artist and assistant; all flight costs, including luggage, are billed directly to the client. The client does not need to book flights.
Ground transportation (Uber, taxi, or rental car) during travel is billed directly to the client, including fuel for rental vehicles. For any rental car used, full insurance coverage is required to protect both the client and attending artists throughout the trip.
Meals for attending artists and assistants during travel days, the day before, and the wedding day are covered by the client, either via receipts or a per diem.
Service Schedule
Allotted services per artist remain the same for destination weddings (6 services per artist, 7 for Ashley).
Any additional touch-ups beyond scheduled services are billed separately.
Deposit & Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the team for travel.
All travel arrangements including hotel, luggage, ground transportation, insurance, must be confirmed at least 60 days prior to the wedding.
Clip-in hair extensions must be requested in advance so the schedule and services can be adjusted.
Failure to notify us in advance may result in limited availability for extensions or adjustments to the service schedule.
If clients arrive late, hair is wet, or makeup is not removed (mascara, liner, foundation, concealer, etc.), the desired style may not be fully achievable.
Fees:
– $50 per 30 minutes for client lateness
– $50 for wet hair
– $50 if makeup is not removed
Styles will be adjusted to fit the remaining time.
If a client misses their scheduled appointment entirely, no refund will be issued, and any prepaid amounts will be retained. The full service fee remains due to secure the artist’s time and schedule.
To maintain a calm, focused, and safe environment, all children must have adequate childcare during hair and makeup services. While we do provide services for flower girls, all other children should not be present or running around the service area. If adequate childcare is not provided, we will be unable to complete services, and full fees will still apply.
For the comfort and safety of everyone, pets are not permitted in the service area during appointments.
