A Styled Editorial Inspired by Crazy Rich Asians
During Covid, I had the chance to collaborate with the incredibly talented Katherine Budny on a styled shoot that sparked so much creative energy. Fast forward five years, after several projects in between, we wanted to create something new for our New York brides — something modern, romantic, and cinematic.
Nestled in Brooklyn near the Brooklyn Bridge, this editorial was inspired by the elegance and grandeur of Crazy Rich Asians. Our vision was to blend modern sophistication with timeless romance. Clean lines, soft glam, and an understated sense of luxury that feels effortlessly chic.
For the bride’s look, I created a modern yet timeless hairstyle with soft, romantic details that reflect the Eiffel Beautè signature. Her makeup was a modern soft glam, glowing yet refined, designed to enhance her natural features while keeping the overall aesthetic elevated and fashion-forward.
What made this shoot even more special was the team behind it. Many of the vendors were close friends, incredibly talented artists who share the same creative passion. It’s a beautiful thing when we come together to create something epic, but it’s even better when friendship and artistry blend so seamlessly.
